Haven't tried it online and don't run triple sreen. Offline is working good with usual DX settings.

Problem solved.
I had changed the LODMultiplier in the HISTORICFIAGT.cam file to 10. This normally increases the level of detail of the track and stops object popping into existence as you get nearer. This has never caused problems before.
I've rest the value to 1 and no problems.
