Hi guys!
Ok so I came with a crazy idea!
Taking advantage of the recent Le Mans Classic 2018 that took place this weekend, how about a special event with rFactor & Historic GT 1.96 mod in Le Mans, with those beloved cars?
Here is a link with all the six classes or categories that raced this weekend:
LMC 2018 Entry List
End of July - beginning of August could be fantastic.

Good idea, but give me link to proper track layout. Is it LeMans'79 for example?
The problem can be a lack of drivers, because such an event has to be at least 2h-event. With up to 10 driver it will be "struggle yourself" race.

Well I saw the races on saturday - sunday and the track layout was exactly the same as the WEC used this year, so no historic layout would be needed.
This track will be perfect I think: Le Mans 2012
And all the 6 races that run this past weekend were 45 minutes long, so the length is exactly the same as we use in the actual historic championship.
The main problem is, as you say, the attendance, probably ten drivers at the most. That's why I said it's a little bit of a crazy idea, but given that real races were 45 min long, maybe some more people would sign up. On the other hand, I know that's a lot of work to organize, that was just an idea that came to my mind seeing the races hehe.
