The only thing i can suggest you now is trying to make a new clean installation of rFactor (not uninstalling the old one of course, just copy in the new one your profile folder), i think there are some incompatibilities with the mods (i guess loads of mods) you have installed

Funny thing, today i was testing Alfa Romeo with Max on server, and my computer froze, it never froze since I play rfactor. is it possible there is problem with Alfa? (noob question)

As Carlo said, new clean rFactor folder dedicated only for GP1979 could help. Sometimes I have similar problems, while I load replays the game crashes.
It should be all ok, because most of people have installed it that way and they didn't report any problem.
I don't know, maybe DirectX settings should be adjusted properly. It can sound silly, but maybe soundfix do these crashes. I play without Brabham/Alfa soundfix and it's all ok.
